If it was possible to rate this hotel as anything higher than exceptional, we would! This was absolutely the best experience by far that we have ever had at any hotel! The staff were immediately friendly, caring, and accommodating from the moment we arrived in the front of the hotel! The room was awesome with a spectacular view of the National Monument and a staff that made sure that our room stayed clean! It was as if the concierge would call the cleaning staff when they saw us arrive downstairs for our fabulous breakfast, because by the time we returned to the room, it was cleaned! They would then return to the room later in the day to make sure that all was set just right, including folding our sleep clothes and putting them neatly on the bed for us. Finally, the food in the restaurant, and the atmosphere at the roof top bar were both equally amazing! One final note, we were giving contact information for the concierge so that if we needed any help while in the city, Rome, we could contact them for help! Absolutely amazing service and caring from an awesome brand!

This hotel was the perfect spot for our honeymoon, the staff were very attentive and even left us roses on the bed and a gift of chocolates. The hotel is immaculate and the service is fantastic. Breakfast was always freshly prepared and there were good choices. We had not planned any trips beforehand and the concierge team were very helpful with booking us into the sort after attractions. The hotel is placed in walking distance to all the main tourist attractions, particularly the Roman forum, the Colosseum and the Trevi fountain. If you are looking for a luxury hotel with great service, this is the place to stay.

Second, the Hotel location is amazing (you can walk anywhere from it) and the cleanliness was on point. Third, The Breakfast, I usually don’t pay for it because most of the time it’s not worth it. But in this Hotel go ahead, it’s The Best Breakfast we had in a long time ! One of my favorite Hotel ever, Thank you for this amazing experience.

Additionally, the hotel's concierge assistance over WhatsApp was incredibly helpful, organizing tickets for the Colosseum and Vatican Museums in a very professional manner.
